Welcome to the Coven of the Nightingale of Ravenmyst Circle located in Central NY. We are a coven that focuses on the healing arts, consisting of Reiki, healing with music, colors, and crystals. We are a learning/teaching coven, always knowing that we continue to learn every day and in all stages of our lives, the attaining of knowledge is never ending. We strive to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit through celebration of life and honoring the God and Goddess. We do not honor any particular Pantheon, but are eclectic in honoring all Gods and Goddesses.

Lady Songbird was dedicated into the Ravenmyst Tradition in March 2005 and attained her 3rd degree at Witchstock 2007. Thus was born the Coven of the Nightingale. She honors her HPS LadyHawke the Mythmaker of the Coven of the Redtail Hawks and will always be a Hawk in her heart and soul. She also honors Lady Blaze HPS of the Coven of the Herons and Lady Phaezara of the Coven of the White Owl for their love and support in her spiritual path.

As a seeker, you will be required to participate in several open coven and/or Trad events prior to your dedication. Do not take offense; know that this is an opportunity for the HPS as well as coven and Trad members to see if it is a good fit for all. Some may not be a good fit for this coven, but know that there may be other covens within this Trad that would be more fitting for you. Don’t be discouraged, know that there are always options and that your perseverance will be noticed by Spirit, and you will eventually find the coven you will call home. All are welcome.

To enter into the coven is to commit yourself to the Ravenmyst Tradition and the continuation of your spiritual growth. Upon dedication you will be required to complete the 6 lessons to attain your first degree. To move on to higher levels of knowledge is up to the individual, but it is highly encouraged not just for your own individual spiritual growth, but also for the growth and continuation of Ravenmyst. We welcome all who seek to learn and grow in their spiritual path, who love to laugh, to heal, and find joy in celebration of the God and Goddess.
